BSF Arrests Gangster from Moga

After a joint operation with the Border Security Force (BSF), Moga Police announced that a gangster was caught. Four foreign-made handguns were confiscated from an area near the India-Pakistan border. Baldeep Singh Gill, the brother of renowned criminal Arsh Dala, was caught, according to Moga SSP Dhruman Nimbale (Category A). According to Nimbale, Arsh Dala has been working out of Canada and is engaged in more than 12 ransom, murder, and attempted murder cases and running a ransom racket in Moga and the neighbouring areas.

Baldeep, according to the SSP, is also involved in ransom collecting and has several FIRs filed against him. Baldeep was attempting to escape the country and travel to Canada when he was apprehended at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi on Saturday, according to the police.

Harman, on the other hand, approached authorities and revealed that he had been tasked with transporting a shipment from Pakistan to be dumped near BOP Gajjal (Tarn Taran district). The package was eventually seized by Moga Police and BSF in a three-hour combined operation,” stated SSP.

At Moga city-1 police station, an FIR has been filed against Baldeep under Sections 384, 386120-B, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act.
