Launches special festival offer with loans starting at 8.35% & full refund of processing fees  

Mumbai : LIC Housing Finance Ltd. (LICHFL) today announced the launch of Special Festive offer for home loan seekers. Under the new offer, customer can avail home loans starting at an attractive rate of 8.35%. In addition, customers will receive full refund of processing fees on disbursement of the loan.

The special festive offer will be available for loans applied from October 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019 and the first disbursement taking place on or before December 31, 2019.

The new home loan rates will start from 8.35% for loans upto Rs.50 lacs and 8.45% for loans above Rs.50 lacs and up to Rs.5 cr for women borrowers.  For other borrowers the rates will be 5 bps more starting from 8.40%.  The processing fee paid by the borrowers will be adjusted towards the principal after disbursement of first instalment of loan.
