New Delhi: Due to massive rise in coronavirus cases, the Director-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Friday extended the ban on international commercial flights till July 15.
Releasing a circular, the DGCA said, “The competent authority has decided that scheduled international commercial passenger services to/from India shall remain suspended till 2359 hrs IST of July 15, 2020.”
With this, the government has made it clear that during this time all types of domestic airlines will continue. The way service is going from one state to another within the country, it will continue in this way.
Explain that the government has made it clear in its decision that during this time the domestic air service will continue. Also, this order will not apply to cargo aircraft and special aircraft approved from DGCA.
