Under the new feature, the company has exempted service and payment gateway transaction charges for the initial period.
The availability of seats and quota in all trains can be checked while booking train tickets on Amazon app. For tickets booked from Amazon, customers have many options like live PNR status check, download and cancellation of booked tickets. On canceling a train ticket booked using Amazon Pay balance or if the booking fails, customers will get a refund immediately.
