Employee burnout tops the list of health issues in new normal

Everyone is encouraging us to embrace the new normal of working from home.

Doing your office work from home, which is meant to be a place where you can be yourself, spend time with family, plan your personal life goals and just relax.

However, the coronavirus pandemic has urged employers to ask employees to carry on with their office duties from home only till the situation becomes normal.

Not every finger of the hand is the same, right? So, how can employee be productive when it comes to work from home?

Expecting the change and accepting it as it is, is not everyone’s cup of tea. Many reports suggest that men and women are both facing burnout these days due to lack of proper time management, lack of division of housework, low mindfulness intervention in their lives and rigidity in accepting the new normal with new thoughts of life.
