Coronavirus pandemic leads to increasing housing demand

A report says that homebuyers who earlier used to look out for houses near their workplaces are no longer doing the same.

Since the coronavirus pandemic came into India and new normal has got work from home as a way of working, the information from NoBroker.com says that the demand for buying homes in different areas other than the IT places are increasing more than ever.

In the last 10 years, everyone wanted to have their dream home near their workplace. Thus, places like Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai had many new housing projects. However, now seeing the traffic and pollution that these cities are recording, homebuyers are willing to explore various other places.

Hence, you shouldn’t be surprised to see new homes, buildings, apartments, housing complexes getting built in the coming decade in different unexplored areas of the country.
