Taylor Swift says her master recordings were sold off to a private equity firm

Hollywood singer Taylor Swift shared how she was unaware about her master recordings that were sold off to a private equity company.

This move leaves her no chance to purchase the tapes herself and get control over the rights of her first six music albums.

The 30 years old beautiful singer shared her disappointment on Twitter, “This was the second time my music had been sold without my knowledge.”

Taylor’s remarks comes after she had a disagreement with her previous record company Big Machine Group over the rights of her successful songs such as Shake It Off and You Belong With Me.

For the unaware, Taylor is a 10-time Grammy Award winner who wrote on social media how she recently got a letter from Shamrock Holdings that they had brought 100% of her music videos, album arts and songs from her earlier company.
