Start 1 December and the schools and colleges that were closed in Tripura are going to resume classes 10 and 12.
The Tripura government has given a nod to reopen schools and colleges after following Standard Operating Procedure of the Ministry of Human Resources Development.
Since mid-March to date, all schools and colleges in the state were shutdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.
In a recent meeting, the officials decided to even think about restarting classes for 9 and 11 in the schools, 15 days after monitoring the coronavirus situation in the state.
Sanitization, thermal scanning of all students, teachers, compulsory use of face-masks, social distancing would be strictly followed by all the educational institutions for the safety of all people concerned.
