Tension is a feeling of uncomfort with something that is bothering or troubling us. Tension can be of anything and occur anytime in one’s life. Freedom from tension arises when one knows how to react and not act on their impulses and understands what is the right and wrong time. The reality of life is that you cannot stop anything from happening even if you put a lot of effort to avoid the situation. If things are meant to happen, it will definitely happen to cross all boundaries and restrictions.

For example, no one knew that they will have to face such a coronavirus pandemic time once the year 2020 started in the world. No one was aware that in India things will change drastically from 24th March 2020. No one knew beforehand that they will lose the lives of their relatives and friends in the COVID-19 pandemic. No one yet knows the future ahead from the pandemic times. No one knows how the virus will behave in the third wave of the pandemic.
Even the experts can only warn, the doctors can only advise and give medicines for treatment, but at the end of the day, all are controlled by the one and only God. Once you get this realization that we are only mere human beings who are on this planet for a short period of time to achieve our purpose, we will overcome the constant fear mode and tensions that we keep getting due to negative influences in our life.

Freedom from tension comes only after the self-actualization of one’s strengths and shortcomings. Positive psychology has to be practiced to overcome the fears that cause tension in the body and mind. We need to make only informed decisions in this coronavirus pandemic time. Remember that humanity is always above everything in the world and just walk the right path with no tension or worries in life. All will be fine eventually.
