Any group of people who share a similar vision and mission and agree to each other’s ideas and thinking patterns can become good teams. However, with the way things are changing in today’s times, most people don’t agree with each other and always have a different opinion which they want to express and become leaders of the team.

A good team is where members on their own are enthusiastic to work and are able to achieve whatever work has been allocated to it. A good team is something that is hard to achieve but if the team members are well-behaved and are dutiful towards their job then the team can reach new heights which no one would have imagined also.
A good team doesn’t happen on its own though but takes years of practice of being together and knowing each other’s flaws and strengths well. If a person doesn’t know a particular skill, then there should be other members of the team who are willing to help him learn the skill rather than tease or mock him down. That’s what the true spirit of a team is!
