NewDelhi: Imran Khan government in Pakistan has suffered a major setback. After the hearing that lasted for 4 days, the Supreme Court said – both the actions of rejecting the no-confidence motion and dissolving the National Assembly were illegal. Prime Minister Imran Khan does not have the right to ask the President to dissolve the Parliament. Army and Rangers have been deployed in Islamabad. On Thursday, after hearing the arguments of Attorney General Khalid Javed Khan, Chief Justice Omar Ata Bandiyal said – It is clear that the decision of the Deputy Speaker is against the Constitution.

Parliament session will be called on 9th April. There will be a vote on the no-confidence motion. This means that the trouble Imran was avoiding, the same thing has started happening. Actually, Imran wanted that he did not have to face defeat during the voting in Parliament. Therefore, he rejected the no-confidence motion through the Deputy Speaker. Later, the Parliament was dissolved by sending a recommendation to the President. Even before this, he started holding rallies across the country.

The Supreme Court said that no government is above the Constitution. This government had forgotten this. Before delivering the verdict, the Chief Justice of Pakistan had a conversation with the Chief Election Commissioner. The Election Commission said that we are ready to hold elections at any time.

The Supreme Court said – the government cannot raise questions on anyone’s country. How can you call someone a traitor to the country?

Supreme Court said- You have told the meeting of NSC as secret. Don’t even give us his details. Tell me why the foreign minister and NSA did not attend such a big meeting? He was present in Islamabad only.

The Supreme Court said – now we will not hear any argument. Which is illegal and against the constitution – we will not talk to him. Call a session of Parliament on 9th April and pronounce the verdict before 10 pm. If the government is defeated, then start the process of forming a new government as soon as possible.

Imran was always called selected PM instead of elected. Reason- He was brought to the chair by General Bajwa and former ISI Chief Faiz Hameed. When Khan started showing eyes to Bajwa, his bad days started. Even the opposition sensed the situation. The army also shunned Imran in the NSC meeting. Even the Supreme Court did not spare Imran. The only reason is that the army was not kind to Khan. The Attorney General’s arguments in Thursday’s hearing were clear evidence of this.
