A refreshing mocktail recipe by Deepali Batra. Have a look:
For the concentrate: 15-20 hibiscus flowers 2 cups water One lemon 1 tbsp honey (or as per taste)
Wash and clean the petals of the flowers. Boil these petals in 2 cups of water till the water reduces to half. Strain it. Allow it to cool.
Add lemon juice and honey. Transfer it to a glass jar, and you can store it in the refrigerator for a week. This makes a beautiful beverage mixed with boiled water and a fantastic mocktail mixed with cold water or soda water.
