1 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste) Salt to taste 2 tablespoons oil 1 lemon, juiced

Recipe:

In a blender, combine fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, yogurt, and ginger-garlic paste. Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl. Add the green marinade, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well, ensuring each piece is coated evenly.

Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned. Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked

Stir occasionally to prevent sticking, and add a little water if needed. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the Hariyali Chicken for a zesty kick. Your Punjabi Style Hariyali Chicken is ready to be served!
