How to make Mango Salsa at Home


3 ripe mangos, diced 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped ½ cup chopped red onion ¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced Juice of 1 large lime (about ¼ cup lime juice) ⅛ to ¼ tsp salt, to taste


Combine diced mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in a bowl. Drizzle with lime juice and stir. Season with salt and let rest for 10 minutes.
