This is a quick and easy recipe.
1 Cup makkai (maize) atta 1/2 cup atta (whole wheat flour) 1/2 tsp black pepper 2-3 tsp oil
A pinch of haldi Salt to taste Water, as required
In a bowl, add makai atta, whole wheat flour, black pepper, haldi, salt, and oil. Mix well. Now, gradually start adding water to combine everything together to form a smooth dough.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C, and in the meantime, divide the dough into equal-sized portions. Gently roll out each portion and cut it into triangular shapes.
Place them evenly on the baking tray and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy. Enjoy your very own version of nachos with a side of your favourite dip.
