Homemade Drink Helps Soothe Sore Throat

Step 1: Boil a small piece of ginger in 200ml of water.

Step 2: Add a spoonful of Honey and a few drops of lemon in it.

Step 3: Let it boil for some time.

Step 4: Drain it in a cup with using a filter.

Apart from ginger, lemon and honey, garlic is also known for helping against sore throats as it contains anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that help fight off infections.
