Lucknow: Union minister Kaushal Kishore’s nephew, Nand Kishore, ended his life by hanging himself from the ceiling of his house in Bigaria Dubabba, Lucknow, capital of Uttar Pradesh, on Wednesday, official sources said. Kaushal Kishore, who represents Mohanlalganj parliamentary constituency in Lucknow, is the minister of state for Housing and Urban Affairs.
Nand Kishore was a property dealer. According to preliminary investigation, he died because of suicide and the police began to probe the incident. Kaushal Kishore recently said that educated girls should get into live-in relationships. He made the statement in wake of Shraddha Walkar murder case. Shraddha’s live-in partner Aftab Amin Poonawalla polished her off and cut her body into 35 pieces which he dumped in different locations in Delhi. The police arrested him.
