Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said all primary health centers will be stocked with modern facilities like tele-consultancy and telemedicine.

According to the information received he said that health assistance must have the proper technology. Further, he added that Over 4,600 PHCs of the state will be provided to medical colleges, district hospitals of the state as well as SGPGI.

Yogi Adityanath expressed this while addressing a two-day conclave to mark the Universal Health Coverage day in Varanasi. The CM further added that as Yoga propagated from India and helped the world to get a healthy lifestyle, India has always been a sign of well-being for everyone.

“ Our country is being seen as a big hub of health and wellness centers,” he was quoted while addressing the conclave.

Yogi also appreciated that under the leadership of PM Modi the health infrastructure of India has changed rapidly and it is improving every day. He further added that doctors in the state treat three to four lakh people every week.

Representatives of 22 states were present in the conclave with several other officials. The Chief Minister also visited Kashi Vishwanath to offer prayers.
