Three thousand tons of gold expected in Sonbhadra hills
Sonbhadra: According to a survey in the hills of Sonbhadra district of Uttar Pradesh, known as Sonanchal, information has been revealed about 3000 tonnes of gold buried.
In the search of mineral elements for the past several years, the speculation of huge treasure hidden within the ground has come to the fore amid speculation of many mineral wealth including iron with gold stone.
The way of huge revenue has been opened in the treasury of UP government from inside the land. According to the current price of gold, the value of this much gold is about 12 lakh crore rupees.
About three thousand tons of gold is buried in the Sonbhadra hill. During the geophysical survey, gold in the hill of Sonanchal along with iron and other minerals are buried in large quantities.
Geophysical survey is underway by helicopter in many parts of the district. Electromagnetic and spectrometer devices are being used in this survey. Part of these instruments hangs under a helicopter that conducts a flying survey at an altitude of 60–80 meters above the ground surface.
Sonbhadra DM N. Rajalingam said that in these helicopters some equipment hangs down, people should not worry or fear by seeing them.
An estimated 2943.26 tonnes of gold was found in Sonbhadra of Sonbhadra and 646.15 kg in Haldi block of the district. Other mineral elements of the uranium class have also been detected in the terrain of Sonbhadra.
An estimated amount of ten million tonnes of sillaminite is hidden in the Chupriya block of the district. Similarly, Andalusite has been found so far during this survey in some parts of Pulver, Saleedh block of the district. Their approximate volume is 100 million tons. Approximately ten million tonnes of potash are hidden under the ground in the Kurcha and Barwadih blocks of the district.
