The Uttar Pradesh government had put up a poster with photographs of some accused of inciting violence. Now the Allahabad High Court has ordered the removal of these posters. Earlier, after the posting of posters in Lucknow, the High Court took automatic cognizance of the case.

Also directed to file an affidavit with compliance report on 16 March.

The High Court has made strict remarks that it is illegal to put a photo in the poster to recover the loss without legal provision.
