Spicejet to start flying international flights for India-US

Indian Scheduled carrier for the flight services to the US has been bestowed upon the Indian airline Spicejet.

Spicejet is the only Indian private air carrier after Air India to operate flights to the United States.

The agreement is a part of the Air Services Agreement between the Government of India and the Government of the United States of America.

Under Vande Bharat Mission, Spicejet has now single aisle narrow body aircrafts for domestic and international travel to the gulf countries.

Recently, Air India announced 180 flights to the US under the fourth period of Vande Bharat Mission.
