The Uttarakhand government has locked up the state till 15 June 2021. Till then only small shops and markets are allowed to operate their businesses from 10 am to 5 pm. The state government has no reopening plans for hotels, restaurants, and resorts. Also, people who are willing to travel from other states to Uttarakhand have to carry their negative RT-PCR report. However, people living in Garhwal or Kumaun can move around from Garhwal to Kumaun or vice versa without the negative Covid-19 report.
