A wonderful country in East Africa called Mauritius is all set to reopen its borders for international travelers coming 1 October 2021. This should be really amazing news for travelers in foreign countries who are fully vaccinated against the coronavirus disease. So, if you are someone who has just got bored with all the drama of the COVID-19 outbreak, then it is time to do some planning for your future travel to Mauritius.

Destinations that are opening up for holiday in COVID-19 times

It has also been mentioned in a report that international tourists with full vaccination who have carried a valid PCR negative RT-PCR report got 72 hours before their flight to the island country, do not have the need to remain in quarantine or follow any restrictions. They can move on freely in the beautiful country. This rule will be implemented from 1 October 2021.

For the unaware, the island nation Mauritius has been partially reopened from 15 July this is only for vaccinated travelers who have to stay in a resort bubble for 14 days minimum before visiting the country as of now. As now the world is reopening for travel again due to a decrease in the coronavirus cases and the vaccination campaign sped up, the island nation officials are delighted to open their doors to the vaccinated travelers and they have also found success in the resort bubble ideas.

US cities mandate vaccination proof for indoor activities

The country is now looking forward to the next stage of welcoming the tourists i.e. from 1 October when the fully vaccinated visitors can explore Mauritius places without any limitation right from their arrival. He further stated that the safety and security of Mauritian residents, citizens, and guests are being taken care of on a priority basis.
