Mannat’s area is 27,000 sq. ft. It is estimated as per several websites that Mannat’s price is approximately Rs. 200 crores.
Mannat has six floors and the house has been renovated by architect Rajiv Parekh in 2016. The interior design has been done by the King’s Queen – I mean Shah Rukh’s interior designer and multi-talented wife Gauri Khan along with architect-and-designer, Kaif Faqui.
Shah Rukh just doesn’t own Mannat but he also has a property in Delhi, Dubai, and an amazing farmhouse in Alibaug. Interestingly, Mannat House got a new radium name plate that has a glowing effect in the evenings. It is reported that the name plate has been designed by SRK’s wife Gauri Khan and has a diamond stud in it. No doubt, why some reports even claimed the name plate to be worth Rs. 25 lakhs. The house’s entrance is all in white and gives a neo-classical look. The house has been there since 1920 and has been renovated several times by the superstar to flaunt his luxuries and riches.
