Due to the increase in the number of coronavirus cases, Canada has extended its travel restrictions for the people entering the country.
The restrictions are for all other countries except United States till 21 January next year.
The government of Canada wants to make sure that the spread of coronavirus doesn’t increase more in the country and hence, the decision of extension in travel limitations.
The limitations for US citizens and foreign nationals coming from the United States will be there till 21 December this year.
Canada is also planning to make changes in the way it conducts sports events and is looking for applications from sports organizations to organize International Single Sport Events.
