Oppo A53 5G with Dimensity 720 chipset launched; know more details here!

Oppo A53 was launched in China back in August, and the company is now launching the 5G version of the device, but it is not just a 5G upgrade. Oppo 5G smartphones are usually quite different from their 4G counterparts.

The Oppo A53 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 chipset, one of the affordable-range processors that supports 5G. It is a mid-range device, bringing capable hardware, but its 5G variant brings even more to the table.

Note – Oppo is said to launch more such devices that increase its foothold in the 5G market in China and elsewhere.

Oppo A53 5G Price

The Oppo A53 5G costs CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs 14,600) for the base variant. Another 6GB RAM variant is listed on JD.com but without any price. The smartphone comes in Lake Green, Secret Night Black, and Streamer Purple colors. The sale starts December 22 in China via JD.com and other online partners while the pre-orders live.

As of now, Oppo has not said anything about the global launch of the A53 5G.
