6 October 2020 is Instagram’s 10th birthday. Yes, the world’s famous photo-sharing app has completed 10 successful years on the internet.
Initially, the app was only called as a photo-sharing app but now it has evolved into a more of a social media giant helping businesses run its products and services.
The most-wanted app has been founded by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger. They worked in the company as the CEO and Head of Engineering respectively.
Currently, the company has been led by Facebook executive Adam Mosseri. This is after the company’s co-founders decided to quit their position in the company in 2018.
The American company is owned by Facebook and the app is available in 32 languages all over the world.
