Technology giant Google has created huge changes in its digital payments app Google Pay.
The company has recently changed the logo and design of the app. It is more making some changes.
In early January next year, the company plans to remove its web app. To date, Google Pay’s web app provides the options to manage various payment options like send money to family and others.
As per a report, Google Pay users will be able to send or receive only from the company’s new Google Pay app and not the web app.
“Starting early in 2021, you won’t be able to use pay.google.com to send and receive money from other people. To send and receive money, use the new Google Pay app,” says the notice mentioned on the web app
Google is also launching a new fee on instant transfers done through Google Pay in the US. Although this is not valid for Indian users, but you may never know what is stored in the future. So, be prepared.
