A new report has been released that says Apple is planning to release the upcoming iPhone 13 in late 2021 in order to provide an upgraded iPhone. An analyst has informed that the new iPhone models in 2021 which may be called iPhone 13 could have upgrades in specifications and an increase in the market share due to the US ban on Huawei.
There are also reports that Apple plans to launch a new 5G iPhone SE in the first half of 2022 and it will be followed by a series of iPhone 14 models which will also have an under-display Touch ID and cost-effective prices. The current iPhone SE and the upcoming iPhone SE will have the same form features, however, it will also come up with 5G support and an upgraded A-series chip.
An Apple insider reveals that the upgraded iPhone series will be the cheapest 5G iPhone model ever. Also, it is being reported that the company will launch two high-end and two lower-end iPhone models in the second half of next year.
The standard-sized models will include 6.1-inch displays, of which both Max devices are said to have 6.7-inch displays. Whether there will be any smaller-sized iPhones that will put an end to the existing mini-series of Apple’s 5.4-inch iPhone is yet to be seen. Also, it is estimated that iPhone shipments will reach 230 million to 240 million units in 2021 and in 2022 it will be between 250 million to 260 million units.
