Why So Depressed?

Life is beautiful; you are just stuck on those events that don’t exist.

You may have heard this: Why are you so depressed? Life is beautiful. And yes, life is beautiful; we are just stuck on those thoughts or events that don’t even exist. Remember, your thoughts create your life, the way you think about yourself, the way you become. 

Thoughts are the powers that create your surroundings. So, instead of thinking about those things that don’t happen, think about how you can change your life, your surroundings, your career, and most importantly, yourself in more positive aspects.

You need to know that your thoughts are the player if you think you are stuck in your life. Then you are stuck; it is as simple as that. Change your glasses and see beyond it. Your life is not just about being depressed over the situation; your life is more about it. Stand up and think about how you can change the situation that makes you feel miserable.

However, it is not an easy task, but life is a bucket of ups and downs; it is unpredictable. We never know what’s going to happen to us. But thinking about those things that don’t happen is a waste of time. You have to live in the present and make sure you believe that everything that happens with me is up to the mark. 

So, whenever you feel depressed, close your eyes, take a deep breath and try to change your thoughts over the situation that happens with you. It is the best way to wash out all the miserable thoughts that grab you.

Besides that, Some of you get depressed by overthinking. Listen, overthinking the situation is not going to help you. Even it affects your mental health, which can disturb your whole life. Remember, there is no point in overthinking the situation that is not in your hand. Live on the mantra” Go with the Flow’” and see the changes in your life.

Moreover, if you are depressed by something, try to move on over it by using the power of your thoughts. It will take time to heal, but you need to start it from now onwards. Change your vibes and your blur glasses; after that, you will fall in love with your life and forget about being depressed.
