Team India’s star fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s father has passed away. Bhubaneswar’s father Kiran Pal Singh had been ill with cancer for a long time and was recently treated at AIIMS in Delhi. From here, he was brought back to Meerut, where he breathed his last on Thursday, May 20 among the family. In the last few days, the family of Indian cricketers has broken a mountain of unhappiness. Recently, the father of former fast bowler RP Singh also died, while the members of the women’s team, Veda Krishnamurthy and Priya Punia also lost their families.
Bhubaneswar’s father Kiran Pal Singh was 63 years old. He was beset with many other diseases with cancer. He was employed in the Uttar Pradesh Police, from where he had taken VRS and was living in Meerut with the family. According to the information, at the last moment, son Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, daughter Rekha and wife Indresh Devi were present with him.
Kiran Pal, suffering from cancer for a long time, was undergoing treatment in many different hospitals. His chemo therapy was also done some time ago, but even after that, there was no improvement and the doctors gave the answer. Only after this he was brought back to his home in Ganganagar area of Meerut, where he died.
Bhubaneswar’s father was originally from Bulandshahr, from where he had come and settled in Meerut. Now his last rites will be performed in the ancestral village near Bulandshahr. Bhubaneswar has gone to Bulandshahr with the body of his father.
