Karachi. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has taken away captaincy from team captain Sarfraz Ahmed in every format. Apart from this, Sarfaraz has not got a place in the team for the tour of Australia. Pakistan will have to play three T20 Internationals on the tour of Australia, while on this tour, Pakistan will also start their World Test Championship. The new captain of the Test team will be Azhar Ali, while the T20 team has been given the command of Babar Azam.
Now less than a year is left in ICC World Twenty20 and in such a situation PCB has taken this big step.
