Bhagwant Mann has been appointed the Chief Ministerial face of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for the Punjab Assembly Election 2022. Arvind Kejriwal, the party’s convenor and Delhi Chief Minister, made the statement, saying that the Sangrur MP had received at least 93 percent of the vote.

According to a party leader, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has received over 22 lakh replies to their campaign to elect its CM face in the upcoming Assembly elections. On January 13, Kejriwal encouraged Punjab’s people to submit names of their favourite chief ministerial candidates and set up a phone number for the purpose.
“The name of the party’s chief ministerial candidate for the Punjab Assembly elections will be disclosed at 12 noon tomorrow,” Kejriwal stated. The party has so far announced 112 candidates.

Punjab’s 117 Assembly seats will be voted for on February 20, and the results will be counted on March 10.
