New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has raised the question that when the vaccine is free for all, why are private hospitals taking money for it? This statement of Rahul Gandhi comes after PM Narendra Modi’s address to the country in which he has said that till now crores of people of the country have got free vaccine. Now people of 18 years of age will also join it. Only the Government of India will provide free vaccine to all the countrymen. He said that from June 21 (World Yoga Day) onwards, the Government of India will provide vaccines to the states for all citizens who are above 18 years of age. The central government will buy 75 percent of the vaccine and provide it to the state governments free of cost.
Rahul Gandhi is continuously attacking PM Modi and the BJP-led central government over the deteriorating situation in the country in the second wave of Corona virus and alleged irregularities in the vaccination policy. Rahul Gandhi had also targeted the Modi government on Sunday.
