Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, not known for using intemperate language, Friday used strong words to warn the state’s notorious land mafia, saying he will “bury” them and “no one will ever know” about their whereabouts.
“Sun lo re, Madhya Pradesh chhod dena nahin to jameen mein gaad dunga dus feet, kahin pata nahi chalega (listen land mafia, leave Madhya Pradesh or I will bury you 10 feet in the ground, and no one will every know),” the chief minister said while addressing an event at Babai in Hoshangabad district.
“Aaj kal apan khatarnak mood mein hai, gadbad karnewalon ko chhodenge fodenge nahi… form mai hai mama (these days I am in a dangerous mood, and won’t spare those indulging in irregularities. Mama is in form,” Chouhan added.
The CM is widely known as ‘mama’ (maternal uncle), a ‘title’ he bestowed on himself for his pro-women and pro-children schemes.
