Bhopal: Voting for the 28 seats of the assembly bye-elections in Madhya Pradesh took place on November 3, after which exit polls have come on Saturday. BJP has won the exit poll of India Today-Axis My India. According to the exit poll of India Today Group and Axis My India, BJP is projected to get 16-18 seats and Congress 10-12 in Madhya Pradesh.
The BJP is expected to get 46 percent of the votes and the Congress 43 percent in the bye-elections in 28 seats. Shivraj Singh Chauhan is seen saving the government, but Jyotiraditya, who left the Congress and joined BJP, is seen hitting Kamal Nath in the stronghold of Scindia.
Let there be a total of 230 assembly seats in Madhya Pradesh. The Bharatiya Janata Party needs 8 seats to win here as it has to reach a majority figure of 115 and the Congress needs to win 28 seats to come back to power.
