Shah claims BJP’s next government in West Bengal

Date:

Kolkata: Amit Shah, former president of the Bharatiya Janata Party and the country’s home minister, addressed a public meeting in Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal, on Sunday. During this, he said that after the Lok Sabha elections, today I have come for the first time on the land of mother Kali.

Amit Shah said that BJP had received 87 lakh votes in 2014. In 2019, your love for us grew and we received 2.3 crore votes under the leadership of PM Modi. I am proud to say that 18 MPs of the state are trying to change Bengal by representing it in Parliament.

He said, ‘I think this journey has just started. This will end when we form the government after the Assembly elections with a two-thirds majority. It is not a journey for the development of BJP, but a journey of development of Bengal. This journey is to empower the poor in the state, to improve their law and order, to end the syndicate, to end infiltration and to grant citizenship to our refugees. ‘

Amit Shah said, ‘Here we are not allowed political rallies and more than 40 of our workers were killed. I want to ask CM Mamta Di- Have you been able to stop us by doing this? Whatever you do, your reality is revealed. People of Bengal know your real face. BJP is starting a campaign today. This campaign is a battle to defeat the autocratic forces in Bengal. I want to tell every Bengali today that we will not accept any injustice now. ‘
