New Delhi: Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday reiterated the demand for repeal of all three agricultural laws and alleged that more than 60 farmers have lost their lives during the farmers movement due to the apathy and arrogance of the Modi government.
He tweeted, “The apathy and arrogance of the Modi government killed more than 60 farmers. Instead of wiping away the tears of farmers, this government is leaving tear gas shells on them. ” The Congress leader alleged, “This kind of cruelty is meant to promote the interests of the conniving capitalists.”
