Javadekar termed Kejriwal’s fast as hypocrisy

New Delhi: Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar on Monday attacked Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over his fasting in support of farmers’ movement and called it ‘hypocrisy’.

Taking to twitter on Monday Javdekar said ‘Arvind Kejriwal this is your hypocrisy. You promised amendment to APMC Act in Punjab assembly elections. You notified one farm law in Delhi in November 2020 and you are on fast today. Nothing but hypocrisy.’

The Delhi CM is fasting in support of the farmers agitation against the new agriculture reform laws and has also appealed to the AAP workers and supporters to also fast for a day in support of the farmers.
