Election will be held in 2022 to save democracy: Akhilesh Yadav

Lucknow: Samajwadi Party National President and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has said that two governments are working parallel in the country. One government is led by BJP and the other parallel government is RSS. Implements its agenda under the leadership of BJP government misuses power and Sangh creates division in the society. People and opposition workers alike are getting crushed between these two poles.

Akhilesh said that the open misuse of power by the BJP in the district panchayat and block pramukh elections is shameful. Democracy has been brutally murdered. Socialist candidates were forcibly stopped from nomination during elections, violence took place during voting and the reprehensible incidents of kidnapping and hostage of candidates and supporters are well known.

The SP chief alleged that despite the massive rigging of elections, the harassment of Samajwadi Party workers continued. In various districts, fake cases have been filed against Samajwadi Party workers on a large scale. Many people are being named in the unknown. Indecisiveness is being done to the family members by raiding the houses at night. But Samajwadi Party is not going to bow down in front of BJP’s atrocities.
