Indian Air Force will hold three big military exercises on February 17: Vayu Shakti, Gagan Shakti, and Tarang Shakti. The Air Force is intending to show the three defense forces’ growing strategic reach and firepower and their ability to work together by holding this exercise.

Pokhran, in the Thar Desert, would be the site of a mega-fire show during the first exercise, Vayu Shakti. Interviewees from the military told India Today that this would entail launching strikes from many ships all at once.

For the second one, we have the “Gagan Shakti” enormous effort. Imagine this: the complete air fleet is racing against the clock, north to south and west to east, to hone their ability to coordinate military activities with the other two armies and everybody else who cares about the outcome.

New and ancient military assets, including the formidable Rafale fighter aircraft and the S-400 air defense systems, will be included in the ‘Gagan Shakti’ exercise, according to their statements.

Including the other two agencies, this exercise will be the biggest of its type, happening every five years.

Among the three big exercises, Tarang Shakti will be the first-ever international drill to take place in the nation. Aircraft taking part will be from friendly air forces, including those of friendly countries including the US, Germany, France, and Australia.

Even though the Rafale, Sukhoi-30MKI, LCA Tejas, Mirage 2000, and MiG-29 aircraft will take center stage during Vayu Shakti, the Indian Navy and Army will also be making appearances as the nation gets ready to set up combat commands.

Activating the Indian Air Force (IAF) from Bhuj to Arunachal Pradesh and from Ladakh to the Indian Ocean region, the impending wargame Gagan Shakti will be the greatest exercise to date. A date in April has been finalized.

The latest simulation, which happens every five years, showcased the Indian Air Force’s (IAF) capacity to wage war on two fronts—the Western and Northern borders—using indigenous Tejas.

Aside from the Sudarshan long-range air defense system and squadrons of maritime duty fighter aircraft, the exercise will also include all fleets of transport planes, drones, fighters, and helicopters in an effort to strengthen integration.

Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari of India and Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan are working together to enhance military cooperation.

In the final international exercise, nations including the US, Germany, France, and Italy, among others, may take part. Hosted in Jodhpur in August after the participating countries’ June preparations.

With your terrifying arsenal, including the Rafale fighter planes and the S-400 air defense system, take part in the “Gagan Shakti” exercise. Not only is the third military planning to participate, but it will also be the largest exercise of its kind; this occurs every five years.

On the third and last big exercise, Tarang Shakti, the nation would conduct its first-ever global exercise. Aircraft taking part will be from friendly air forces, including those of many nations, such as the USA, Germany, France, and Australia.
