On Friday, four Maharshtra homes held by mafia boss Dawood Ibrahim will go up for auction. Ibrahim’s family owns the homes, which are up for sale with a reserve price of Rs 19 lakh. The four agriculture land parcels are situated in the Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra, in the Mumbake village. One of the most important ancestral assets of the don that has previously been put up for auction is the Mumbake village childhood house of Dawood Ibrahim, where he was born and raised.

He has previously placed bids for three of the terrorist’s residences, including Mumbake, the house he grew up in. In 2001, Srivastava placed an earlier bid for a number of stores that are currently the subject of a legal tender. The Shiv Sena member intends to open a Sanatan Pathshala there and is hoping to obtain the deed to Dawood’s ancestral home soon. In the meantime, Dawood Ibrahim and his family will auction off their four land plots on Friday in Mumbai, with 19.22 lakh serving as the reserve price. In accordance with the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators Act of 1976, the government seized the properties.

One of Dawood Ibrahim’s properties that the government had seized was put up for auction for the first time in 2000. Despite the fact that it was a significant auction, no buyers showed up out of concern about the terrorists. Six Mumbake village properties, including Dawood Ibrahim’s childhood house, were put up for auction in November 2020. Prior to that, the government put Ibrahim’s three opulent South Delhi properties, including a hotel, up for auction in 2017.

A few weeks ago, there were rumors that Ibrahim was fighting for his life after being supposedly informed by his meal that he had been taken to a hospital in Karachi. Pakistani authorities, however, declined to confirm the report. There were rumors that Ibrahim was under strict guard  at the hospital and had been put on a ventilator because his condition was getting worse. His close aide, however, denied these reports.

Authorities will auction off four properties in Khed Taluka, Ratnagiri district, on Friday. The properties are owned by Amina Bi, the mother of terrorist Dawood Ibrahim, who is now on the run. Situated in the Mumbake village of Khed, where Dawood and his siblings spent a portion of their childhood, the four properties are all agriculture. Under the Union Ministry of Finance, Safema is the competent authority and administrator. Under the Union Ministry of Finance, Safema, the component authority and administrator of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators Act, will conduct the auction in Mumbai.
