The former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee will be feted with a spectacular party by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on this, December 25. Several events will be held across the country by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to commemorate Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s 99th birthday. Vajpayee was born in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, on December 25, 1924, and served as prime minister for three terms.

The national president of the BJP, JP Nadda, has asked that all polling places across the nation display floral tributes to Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s likeness. Party leaders and state heads of state should also take some time to honor the late prime minister’s remarkable life and legacy.

Creative programs devoted to Vajpayee’s poetry will be available at each booth. There are six booth-level programs run by the party; one of them commemorates Vajpayee’s birth anniversary.
