On the fourth anniversary of the Jai Ram Thakur-led BJP administration in Himachal Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended a ground breaking ceremony in Mandi for 287 investment projects valued over Rs 28,197 crores.

While speaking to a throng in Mandi on Monday, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said it is the first time in history that a prime minister has inaugurated development projects worth Rs 11,000 crore in a single day. Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur commemorated the state’s Golden Jubilee on Monday, saying the state had undergone reforms in every field and benefitted its people. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was also greeted by Thakur, who complimented him for his special care and devotion for the state. Anurag Thakur, addressing at a rally in Mandi town’s Paddal field, said that the Narendra-Modi government had supplied free covid-19 vaccinations to 140 million people. Thakur also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for leading development initiatives around the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi officiated at the Himachal Pradesh Global Investors’ Meet’s second ground breaking event on Monday.
