Who is Lalit Jha? Who is behind the parliament security breach? Yesterday, the mastermind of the Parliament Security breach, Lalit Jha, surrendered himself to Delhi police. Five others, who were also involved in a security breach that shocked the country, were arrested by Delhi Police after the day. 

Who is Lalit Jha 

Lalit Jha is missed from the security breach incident day. He belongs to Bihar but worked as a teacher in Kolkata, according to a police investigation. On Thursday, he surrendered himself to Delhi police near parliament at Kartavya Path police station. The Parliament security mastermind was the secretary of an NGO, Nilaksha Aich, to whom he sent videos of smoke incidents deployed outside parliament to get enough media coverage.  

Lalit Jha, firstly from Bihar, had in advance labored as a teacher in Kolkata, and Press Trust of India spoke to a lot of his neighbors even as he was there in the metropolis. He is a determined, quiet man who teaches local students in Kolkata. He stayed in the Burrabazar place in Kolkata, and in step with a tea stall proprietor, he became a reserved person who used to educate local students.

Parliament Security Breach

In Thursday’s security breach in Parliament, Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan D had jumped into the Lok Sabha chamber from the general public gallery, brought yellow smoke from canisters, and shouted slogans before being overpowered with the aid of MPs. Around the same time, Amol Dhanraj Shinde and Neelam Devi raised slogans and released yellow smoke from canisters outside the Parliament premises, prompting police to arrest the duo.

Who is involved in the Parliament security breach?

Along with the mastermind Lalit Jha, five women and men were also involved in a security breach at parliament and charged under the Terror Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, UAPA, and the Indian Penal Code section. Jha said that he was inspired by freedom fighter and legend Bhagat Singh. he shot the videos allegedly of the accused of deploying smoke outside parliament and gave videos to the NGO founder to get media coverage. 

Lalit Mohan Jha, the alleged mastermind behind the Parliament security breach on the anniversary of the 2001 Parliament assault, was arrested on Thursday. According to Delhi Police, Jha, observed by an associate, turned himself in after a manhunt was launched to nab the alleged mastermind behind Parliament Security breach case. On Thursday, the Delhi court granted seven days custodial remand of all four accused humans arrested in advance – Manoranjan D, Sagar Sharma, Amol Dhanraj Shinde, and Neelam Devi – in connection with the Parliament safety breach depend.

Conclusion 

Yesterday, the mastermind behind the security breach in Parliament, Lalit Jha, surrendered himself to Delhi police. After this, four other people involved in it were also arrested by police. West Bengal BJP president Sukanta Majumdar has alleged that Lalit Jha was associated with a TMC leader. Majumdar shared two pictures of Lalit Jha with TMC leader Tapas Roy on X. After investigation, and it came to light that Jha was briefly associated with an NGO in Kolkata.
