Lucknow: BSP supremo Mayawati has launched a scathing attack on the Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav in a press conference today in Lucknow. Mayawati said only SP and Akhilesh is responsible for the return of the Yogi government in UP. She said that both the SP and BJP are responsible to keep BSP out of the game of their Hindu Muslim divide agenda. Now Muslims are suffering in the state, their leaders are annoyed with SP chief but he is planning to flee abroad.

She further attacked by saying that both SP and BJP people are in the illusion that I aspire to become the President. But, I am here to stay in politics; I can dream of becoming the Prime Minister in the coming years or Chief Minister of the state to serve the people but not the President.

She said these are rumours spread by SP and BJP to avoid accountability. BSP supremo said that now SP will never come to power and Akhilesh Yadav himself is looking to flee abroad.

Mayawati said that there is a lot of power in the vote of Muslims and Dalits, if these people join, then they can make me the CM. Mayawati said that the Muslims of the state are very angry with the Samajwadi Party.

He said that he has sent a letter to his National General Secretary Satish Chandra Mishra and Legislature Party leader Umashankar Singh to the Chief Minister, raising the issue of desecration of the monuments. Even in the SP government and now under the BJP government, these monuments and parks are in bad shape without maintenance. This delegation went to meet the CM to draw the attention of the present government. She said the power cut in the month of Ramzan is not good. The government should make arrangements in this regard.
