On Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to officially open the Sindri Fertilizer Plant located in Dhanbad. He will speak at a Dhanbad public gathering after the inauguration. Additionally, the Prime Minister will launch Jharkhand’s Lok Sabha election campaign with a rally in Barwadda.

 Starting today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Bihar for two days. This morning, Mr. Modi will arrive in Sindri, Dhanbad, in Jharkhand. The state’s

35,700 crore rupees worth of development projects pertaining to the coal, railways, power, and fertilizer industries will be officially launched and the foundation stone formally laid by the prime minister.

 The Hindustan Fertilizer and Chemicals Limited (HURL) Fertilizer Plant in Sindri will be dedicated to the country by the prime minister. The development of this fertilizer plant has cost over 8900 crore rupees. As a result, the nation’s domestic urea production will rise by about 12.7 LMT annually. Following the restoration of fertilizer plants at Gorakhpur and Ramagundam, the HURL plant would be the third fertilizer plant to be restarted in the nation.

Additionally, through virtual means, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for railway projects valued at over 17,600 crore rupees.

The railway lines connecting Son Nagar and Andal, the first and second railway lines of Tori-Shivpur and the third railway line in Biratoli-Shivpur (which is a part of the Tori-Shivpur project), the new railway line connecting Mohanpur and Hansdiha, and the rail line connecting Dhanbad and Chandrapura are among the projects. The Prime Minister will also turn on three trains during the program. This covers the daily MEMU train service between Tatanagar and Badampahar, the Deoghar-Dibrugarh train service, and the long-distance goods train departing from Shivpur station.

Additionally, Mr. Modi will commit to the country’s major power projects, such as the 660 MW initial unit of the North Karanpura Super Thermal Power Project (STPP) at Chatra. The development of this project, which has an estimated cost of over Rs 7500 crore, will enhance the region’s power supply.

 In addition, the PM will commit to national initiatives pertaining to Jharkhand’s coal industry. PM Modi will also speak at a public rally at Barwadda in Dhanbad later on.

The Prime Minister will take part in a public event in the afternoon where he will launch, dedicate, and lay the cornerstone for several development projects in Arambagh, Hooghly, and West Bengal, totaling more than 7,200 crore rupees.

Mr. Modi will travel to Krishnanagar in the West Bengal district of Nadia tomorrow, where he will dedicate, inaugurate, and lay the cornerstone for several development projects totaling fifteen thousand crore rupees.
