Gyanvapi Masjid Committee takes the case to Allahabad High Court

The Muslim side claimed that the administration opened the Vyas Tehkhana in the dead of night in an attempt to deny them access to any form of relief. The Muslim side announced on Wednesday that they would file an appeal with the Allahabad High Court, claiming that certain aspects of the Varanasi district court’s order were missed.

The Muslim side claimed that the Hindi side has presented no proof that prayers had been held prior to 1993, despite the Advocate Commissioner report from 2022, the ASI report, and the 1937 ruling all being in favor of the Muslim side.
