Lucknow– As was expected Yogi Aditynath Government without any undue delay has recommended Central Bureau of Inquiry into the mysterious death of the head of the Akahada Parishad Mahant Narendra Giri who was found dead in his Baghmati Math in Allahabad on Monday.
The Home Department has officially stated that state government has recommended CBI probe into this high profile case. Only on Tuesday while paying tributes to departed sheer the Chief Minister has asserted that special teams have been constituted to unfold the mysterious death.

However the state government has decided not to wait for the out come of the police probe and shifted the onus on the CBI.

Insiders claim that in its bid to preempt the opposition onslaught on the issue the CM decided to refer the investigation to the CBI. “Besides a few persons have approached the High Court seeking CBI probe. In all likelihood it was better to recommend CBI probe rather than being asked to do so by judiciary” commented an official.
