On Friday, Arvind Kejriwal, chief minister of Delhi and leader of the Aam Aadmi Party, said his party would win in the city’s Lok Sabha elections regardless of whether he was arrested. He instructed party members to canvass every home in the capital to determine whether or not he should remain in office while incarcerated. He said being sent to jail would hamper the Aam Aadmi Party’s prospects in the next Lok Sabha elections and was an explicit goal of the ruling BJP. He also gave the impression that they wanted to target local party officials.

At a meeting of Aam Aadmi Party supporters in Delhi, he assured them that the party would still win if he were to go to jail. I’ve never considered seeking the office of prime minister. He said, “I am probably the first chief minister in the world to quit after 49 days without anyone pressing me.

In a letter to the Enforcement Directorate, Mr. Kejriwal said the notice was “illegal and politically motivated” and asked for it to be rescinded after he refused the agency’s invitation for an interview about an excise policy concern earlier this month. After that, rumors started circulating inside the AAP that Mr. Kejriwal would soon be arrested.

I want you to go around to everyone’s house and explain the BJP’s plans while also soliciting opinions on whether or not I should remain in jail in my capacity as chief minister. He told the party faithful they would engage in Lok Sabha campaigning.

The national convener for the AAP claims that the BJP is “hatching conspiracies” and imprisoning AAP leaders because it knows it cannot win in Delhi.

He blew the horn for the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections, urging his party members to inform people about the BJP’s “conspiracies” and to work to ensure that the saffron party does not acquire any seats.

Kejriwal said a retired police officer had submitted a corruption charge against the head of Delhi’s anti-corruption bureau.

Manish Sisodia, responsible for a statewide transformation in teaching techniques, is now behind jail. The revolutionary physician Satyendar Jain has been granted bail awaiting prosecution. Currently, four of our highest-ranking officials are incarcerated. “They are an inspiration. Don’t stress about going to jail. He said that if Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia resigned from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), they may be freed from prison within a day.

The Prime Minister said that the AAP has expanded to national prominence in only ten years. The political establishment acknowledges us as a significant player. Out of 1,350 parties, we’re currently third to the BJP and Congress. “At this expansion rate, the AAP will eventually overtake BJP and Congress and become the country’s ruling party,” claimed the politician.
